Week 1 is done and it's certainly easier to get back into after doing a Whole30 previously, but I do remember it being daunting my first time trying to plan out the week. I've prepped the kitchen and fridge for a successful Whole30. I've posted 5 of our favourite recipes that we use frequently and I'll keep adding more to help. During the coming week, I'm going to post recipes for Cumin-Lime Salad Dressing and Salmon Cakes.
