Another week done and just 16 days left to go. So far we've all been feeling great and sleeping very well at night. When you get out of the routine of eating Paleo for a little bit you forget how great you feel and sleep when eating well. I was happy to share our recipe for Peruvian Chicken (you must try it, it's that good) and out method for crispy baked chicken wings with our favourite hot sauce Franks. My plan this week is to make some more deviled eggs and put up the recipe along with some Scotch Eggs.
I'm happy that we haven't fallen into a paleo rut just yet although it seems like breakfasts are getting a little similar. Any suggestions for other Brekkie ideas?
