Whole 30 Day by Day - Day 28

Little guy didn't have school this morning because of a staggered start so we got to spend a solo morning together. The food day started out this morning with two fried eggs, some mini yellow peppers and a great cup of tea

Lunch was some chicken pieces covered in my favourite Frank's hot sauce, some pickles, and celery.

Supper was delicious Crispy Roasted Pork Belly and Roasted Broccoli (Requested of course)

Now if it wasn't for work tonight, I would be settling down with a cup of tea and a little double eviction action on Big Brother. Instead, I'm packing up a paleo breakfast to eat during my night shift.
