Whole30 Day by Day - Day 30

So day last of this Whole30. Being through it a few times before, I know that having a cheat day or even a cheat meal will lead to almost immediate discomfort. It's incredible how the body feels when you are feeding it great things.

So I'm working nights right now with a few more nights to go. My meal through the night (I guess breakfast?) was 3 Hardboiled Eggs, Celery and Baba Ghanoush (all three leftovers from the little guys school lunch), Almonds, and Chicken.

When I woke up from my nap today, I had some St-Hubert inspired vinegar coleslaw and Pulled Pork from last night.

Supper tonight was Crispy Baked Chicken Wings (a favourite, Chris has some planned for football tomorrow) and a Salad with Avocado. It was made with our Simple Salad Dressing made this time with Balsamic Vinegar.
